Eligible returns of products purchased on may be made by mail or in-store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 7 days from the date of delivery to the Secret Room store.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

All items must have all of their original labels, swing tickets, price tags and hygiene strips in tacked and in place. Garments must be in original conditions, including unworn and unwashed.

Due to hygiene, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn. Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this hasn’t been done.

Furniture items, such as daybeds or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.

Your order will be processed within 4 business days if the order is placed by 2pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am – 6pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Secret Room cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Secret Room’s control.

We are currently offering free standard delivery for all orders over R500!

For orders under R500, a flat rate of R85 will apply for delivery.

We do not offer international deliveries yet but we are working on it!

Easy – just log into your Secret Room account on the website, and under ‘Orders’, select ‘view your order history’.

Go to the “Track my Order” page and enter your order number and email address to track your order.

We are unable to make changes or cancel your in stock order once it has been placed. If your order is made to order, we can alter or cancel it up until it has begun the shipping process. If you miss the deadline, you may return your order using our free returns option within 30 days of receipt.
