Eligible returns of products purchased on may be made by mail or in store. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Secret Room return address listed on the return shipping label or in the Secret Room store.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Beauty products may only be returned if unopened and in their original cellophane wrapping within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and lingerie, these products will not be accepted for a return.

Furniture items, such as daybeds or items with non-standard dimensions, may require special return instructions. If you would like to return one of these items, please Contact Us.

Items purchased at the Secret Room store cannot be returned to These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.

Your order will be processed within 4 business days if the order is placed by 2pm on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am – 6pm. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Secret Room cannot be held responsible for any unanticipated delivery delays beyond Secret Room’s control.

We are unable to make changes or cancel your in stock order once it has been placed. If your order is made to order, we can alter or cancel it up until it has begun the shipping process. If you miss the deadline, you may return your order using our free returns option within 30 days of receipt.
